Customer Reviews
First-time DIY flower arrangement
I ordered the Peony Arrangement Kit for a special occasion. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. It arrived well-packaged, and the flowers were in great condition. I also got the Custom Floral Shears and they worked really well. The online tutorial video was super helpful, walking me through each step. My arrangement actually looked pretty good, I was surprised! The only minor issue was that one peony bud never fully opened, but the rest were beautiful. Delivery took 4 days to get here in California, which was fine. I think it's a neat way to get fresh flowers and learn something new.
Good idea, needs better instructions
I tried the Mixed Seasonal Blooms kit, and it was a fun concept. The flowers were fresh when they arrived, which was a plus. However, the step-by-step tutorial wasn't as clear as I hoped for some of the trickier stems. I managed, but it took a bit of guesswork. Overall, decent value for something different.
Consistently fresh flowers
I've ordered from Bouquet Box a few times now, usually the One-Time Gift Box or a Holiday Centerpiece Kit. This time I got the Rose Arrangement Kit. They're consistently reliable; the flowers always arrive fresh and well-protected. I appreciate that the tools like the Floral Stem Stripper are good quality and reusable. The instructions are generally easy to follow, and I've never had an issue with customer service if I had a question about delivery. It's my go-to when I want a hands-on floral project. They keep sending beautiful, unique blooms.

Thinking of getting a subscription, but what if I'm out of town one month? Can I just skip it?
Do I have to buy a vase from them or can I use my own at home?
Is there usually a coupon for new customers? Don't wanna sign up and then see a better deal pop up.
Are their floral tools actually good quality or just cheap plastic stuff? Don't wanna buy a set if they're gonna break.
How do these compare to like, Farmgirl Flowers? Is it worth the DIY aspect?
